4 stars: The app functions great. But when generating a complaint it asks for details, and while writing the details if user takes a little while, the app goes back to main screen and erases all the details. The user then has to again write all the details he had to write before. Would be great if that could be fixed.
3 stars: It'd be better if time-bound complaints could be prioritized by the system. I registered a complaint regarding over billing. I got a response after 8 days and the complaint was dropped. We got a surcharge of Rs. 8000 on the bill. I re-filed the complaint and it's been almost six days and still no response. I wonder if these complaints are actually resolved or it's just a hoax.
5 stars: A good app but need to take some special measures so the concerned officials have fear about negative feedback by the complainant. Really appreciate the efforts, by the Gov't. It is also requested that Govt should take strict action against those officials who have wrong/ Fake reported and closed the complaints without resolve the issue.
5 stars: Sir, this app also needs to provide each district police information For example: If I need to complain against quarralling with citizen in government areas of organisation i.e board of education is not working properly and I want to call police I need a local number of the jail and local police. That's it. I hope it could be available very soon. Thanks.
