5 stars: Great app!!! You see how unfit you are just in 8.46 sec with cool down for next exercise. You really appreciate the cool down on some exercises so you can see how you improve as the days go by. Ads aint to annoying + had music playing via bluetooth to headphones and in 7mins workout app could still hear instructions+ music.. awesome 💯 Developers keep up the good work!!
4 stars: Very helpful for the people having busy schedule. Reminds you for exercises everyday once you set time. The app contains some other features like daily manuals for weight loss and walking. Overall good to keep you fit if done on a regular basis.....
5 stars: These are quick, easy, effective workouts. You can do one set of exercises a few times, or a combination of several for more time. Love that there's a timer and audio assistance, too!
5 stars: Great app that delivers exactly what it promises - a full body calisthenic workout at home that requires only yourself, a wall, and a chair. Has been my go to during travel and times when my schedule is full.
