5 stars: I love this app. It does what it says, it helps me to do my daily kegel, after my pregnancy. It's simple and easy. I use free version and it's enough for my needs. I use reminders on different app, where I have my whole day planning, so I have no need for alarm from this one. As I said it's simple and basic, but that's what exactly need.

5 stars: Easy \u0026 Discreet. I can do my exercises any where without anyone knowing. The routines are super simple and guided so you can't get it wrong. I do the laying down before bed. I can already feel a difference when holding my urine just after using this app for 2 days.

5 stars: I use this app in conjunction with the Betty Dodson vaginal barbell. I did two or three workouts a day for two months. I no longer have to wear Depends. My urges are less painful and I can actually hold it without leaking. The tracking and reminders keep me motivated. Wearing regular underwear instead of a diaper for the first time in four years is extremely satisfying. This app and the barbell are absolutely worth the cost and effort.
