4 stars: There was an odd glitch where it sent me through a loop of asking me to add RRSP slips, me adding them and hitting continue. Then it would show the next step as adding RRSP slips (which I just did) and then go through the same process. It wasn't until I chose skip RRSPs it continued (with RRSPs included)
3 stars: Works ok, kept getting an error when trying to autofill my T4s but worked fine from the website so there is definitely a glitch with the app. I tried on a few different days and got the same result. If autofill worked I would give 5 stars.
5 stars: Worked good for me. The only problem I had was in retrieving return info off the CRA site, which wasn't a big deal for my situation, but might be for someone with a lot more data.
5 stars: Quick and easy. Had a few t4s, donations, and interest credits from loans. Entered all numbers in myself and voila! Now awaiting my return. If you only have a few documents $20 to file is a lot better than $115 with an accountant like I paid last year!
4 stars: Easy to use, opted for a call from someone to go over my return. It was confirmed but did not receive the call. Work nights, just filed. To bad I paid for the premium, won't next time.
