4 stars: Poor instructions and very limited ability to change setup of smartwatch, the hourly Pulse function is nice but no pulse oxygen measurement. No adjustment for time of time or screen on time of watch so you have to read it fast. I wish it had more selections on watch face and longer adjustable face on time. But for price not a bad entry watch and app.

4 stars: the app is great except for one thing, it needs the capability to define the sleep period. Not everyone sleeps between the hours of midnight and 8am, some people work at night and sleep during the day. Because of my work I sleep between roughly 9pm and 5am so the sleep part of the app is quite useless to me. If this capability is added in later versions I would amend my rating to 5 stars
