5 stars: Use doordash a couple of times and so far it's been great! The texts- to-update are a nice touch, makes planning way easier. Tips and DCs are included, so I dont have to worry about cash. Most of the time foods quick and efficient (obviously ordering dinner on a friday at 6pm will take a while no matter where you go, and I take that into account)
4 stars: Overall, this app is very user friendly, even with ethnic foods. Love the feature of having foreign names listed as well. A great variety of food options and easy to follow delivery map. Other than a few glitches here and there, it's easy to use. It would be even better if they added more restaurants and a category for gluten free.
4 stars: I've used the app several times and it went well. Love receiving updates from DoorDash and the drivers!! No complaints, orders delivered very timely and mostly accurate. The only issue I have is the app will not let me Rate my Order. When I tap that option, nothing happens!! Not fair to the delivery drivers because I can't give them a good rating when they deserve it!!

3 stars: My only and biggest complaint about this app is that I have used it four times and on all four times the rate your experience button that pops up after an order completes never works. All the other buttons on the same page work except for the rate your experience. Seems dishonest to me.
