4 stars: Would be nice to also have a forward/fast forward-and reverse when reviewing the recordings in addition to the bar you can drag. The bar jumps in blocks in time which makes it difficult to get to a precise point in the recording. Dont replace the sliding bar though. That is a good feature. Just enhance the video review with addtl ways to review.
3 stars: Used to be fine, but now it's been a couple of months in which when I'm away from home and trying to view via my internet connection it shows me a black screen always. It says it's online but nothing. When at home and connected to the wi-fi it works fine. What would be the solution or fix?

3 stars: Everything Good except Lost all existing cloud videos during plan renewal. I Renewed Cloud Plan from 7 Days Storage to 30 Days Storage with Annual Plan on 10th January 2020. But I lost all cloud videos before 10th January. Ideally I should have another 7 Days prior videos in cloud, i.e. from 3rd January 2020. Shantanu 23rd January 2020
4 stars: Have discovered that lack of server access on the app was down to (well-known brand) VPN software. The app and camera seem to be fine since ditching the VPN.
4 stars: Very good app up until the latest update. Camera is now taking forever to load recordings. Sometimes it closes itself.
