5 stars: It is a very helpful app for those who are very busy in their lives and they are also worry about their fitness. It helps them to remain fit in just taking five to ten minute exercise daily
4 stars: I like this ab workout. The only thing that i dislike is all the exercises are not equipped w a timer. Ill be deleting soon.. If im on the floor there and i cant see my phone there isnt any alert or count down. This only happens on the first and last workout. Please fix otherwise it was great.
4 stars: It was good actually got a 6 pack from it after the last month saw some great progress from before I started working out. But even after doing every day I still couldn't unlock the last month and had to buy it.
