5 stars: After using it once I already love it. The descriptions of the workouts is perfect, and the timing was excellent. Working out is so much easier now because the app takes care of all the work so I can concentrate on the exercise.
4 stars: There are alot of exercises missing like shoulder shrugs, for example, but besides that is a good app. There are a lot of predefined exercises that will help people especially as beginners and intermediates.
5 stars: This app is phenomenal! I use it everyday in the gym. They have easy, moderate and hard workouts to pick from. I love how it shows you in motion how to do the workouts so you don't hurt yourself. Very helpful!
5 stars: Greet app. Wish there was an option to pay and get rid of the adds that pop up at the bottom. Nonetheless a great app. Simple, user friendly. Might also be a good idea to update with more exercises.
5 stars: I like the layout of this app. I can create my own split workouts very easily. It's easy to record my reps and weights to keep challenging myself. Great app overall.
