5 stars: This game helped me get better at shogi than I am at chess. Great for first timers, but the ai has the same reaction every time I rush their left. and an English setting would be nice, but I got used to the menu and play with friends, so I wouldn't say these solutions are mandatory. just nice to have.

5 stars: Great if you can read Japanese. If not, kind of look through the getting started section, and click on each piece to figure out how they move. I set the game to true beginner, and it tells me how each peice can move when I click on it. Also the computer plays stupid, so that I win every time. I love it. Again, might be difficult if you don't read any Japanese.
