5 stars: This site is awesome! I know the exercises o want and can just add them in order and save the routines. It's fabulous! I also signed up with a personal trainer who has given me some new routines. I wish I had found this app years ago!
5 stars: Lots of free content which is currently enough for me. None intrusive ads. I have scheduled in a different workout in my calendar everyday. Really enjoying planning my daily workouts depending on my needs.

5 stars: I dont quite understand why this app isn't in the top list of this category. It is one of the first apps that been made for training at home and I find it very professional unlike other apps that copy and paste exercises. I've been on and off with this app but I kept practicing for 1 month non stop and i have to say, I seriously found amazig results. Magic won't happen unless you put some efforts. Keep it up guys.
