5 stars: I have been using doordash. About four times so far. And used to say that I am very satisfied with this app. I'm very satisfied with the service. And they are usually always early And very greeting. When they get to your house. I used to use postmate, but then they never delivered to the house and they are always late. And my food was cold. So I'm very satisfied with doordash.
3 stars: My only complaint is the dashers hit the \
4 stars: Very convenient way to get food delivered to wherever you are. Can be a little expensive but convenience always is. My only real complaint is that the menu boards arent always super user friendly. They dont show menu cut off times. And can sometimes be a little confusing. That said I've always had good dashers and correct orders so far, just a matter of learning to navigate the app correctly.
4 stars: I've had a handful of issues ranging from missing items to food never being delivered or taking way longer than necessary, but overall we enjoy using the app. It's simple, accurate, and user friendly. Unfortunate that some items that are available at the restaurant but not on the app.
5 stars: I love this app! Makes life so easy. I love being able to track my order from start to finish. Only negative about door dash (not the app) is sometimes when we order food online we put a tip on the card and when we get our food the receipt says $0.00 for tip. Make sure you have cash to tip!!
