3 stars: Its a good app but one thing is missing, nfc support for nol topup, I was using this function in Public transport app, nfc function is more usful than online topup, oline takes 24hrs and nfc is immediate.

3 stars: Generally the app is good. Improvements can be made on the parking payment aspect. When its free parking on public holidays it doesnt notify anywhere on the app and only tells you after deducting the parking fee when it should be free.

4 stars: Again after the latest update the app keeps hanging and being non responsive. Even can't login with my credentials. Please adress this problem ASAP. Overall the app is very useful.
4 stars: Nice app. The iPhone version gets stuck sometimes while I am on the Parking Pay page. Hope that gets fixed soon But other than that all it's features are very good. Excellent work by RTA.

3 stars: Need to improve performance, sometimes much time in getting responses. It workes after restart of mobile or reinstall app. Reinstall of app done 4 times in one n half year 😌
