5 stars: I love this app. It does what it says, it helps me to do my daily kegel, after my pregnancy. It's simple and easy. I use free version and it's enough for my needs. I use reminders on different app, where I have my whole day planning, so I have no need for alarm from this one. As I said it's simple and basic, but that's what exactly need.
5 stars: Easy \u0026 Discreet. I can do my exercises any where without anyone knowing. The routines are super simple and guided so you can't get it wrong. I do the laying down before bed. I can already feel a difference when holding my urine just after using this app for 2 days.
5 stars: I don't really leave reviews, but this is the MOST beneficial app that I have ever used. Thank you🙌. I even bought the pro version, which arguably isn't worth $6 in terms of extra features, but the developers deserve something.
5 stars: After a month of using this app I decided to upgrade to pro. It's hard to pay for an app when one could easily do the exercises on their own. The reason I did get it in the end tho is this app has successfully helped me reach my goals.
