3 stars: What has happened to the the NEW OR USED OPTION ? This is primarily a used site now flooded with new expensive items . Defeats whole concept of the origin of the app! Search alerts for sponsored adds on saved searches - rrrrrrr - why wreck everything on this planet - for money !!!!!
5 stars: I've got the Gumtree bug! First post i had a response within 3hrs! Sold that item 20 minutes later! Really easy to use interface, if a ludite like me can figure it out... anyone can 🤓 give it a go, nothing to lose and cash to gain! Would love an option key to allow users to show if they like or dislike to barter. I love it, but have come across users who are almost offended by it.... Otherwise 👍👍
3 stars: Gumtree good. This app bad. Loads addverts fast but all searches, refinements ect anythingthat isnt an add dosent load. App is broken, how can you not make an app that works. Must be monkeys pooping on keyboards at gumtree headquarters at this point.
4 stars: Great and simple to use. Main menu section makes it easy to navigate the app. I really like the refinement capabilities in searches especially distance and price.
5 stars: Easy to use. I've bought and sold numerous items. Other than a persistent scammer who always ask to reply only to a gmail account, all other interactions were pleasant.
3 stars: Was going good but they removed the message seen indicators, and now the message section is showing new messages when they have been already viewed.
