3 stars: Just plain boring after the grinding begins at around level 25. Guild events are no fun. Ugly childish looking characters.

5 stars: Alot of fun! Very addictive! Grind it out or pay to win. The grind can be a little slow but not too painful. So far great community. Haven't had to contact support so I can't say how that aspect of the game is. Overall a great game and a great time killer!
5 stars: Relatively early in the game but fun so far. Minimal invasive ads. I assume like most similar games, once you get to a certain point it becomes grindy unless you pay.
