4 stars: I really like this app. This app is very easy to use and has everything right there for you. However, my test drive is almost over and I'm puzzled about why my focus driving haven't changed since I had the app?? I don't use my phone while driving. I have a 10/10 driving score and my focus driving is still in the same spot. I would love to know how that is possible.
3 stars: So the first year with root was pretty good. We just got our second renewel and these fools wanted to raise our rate over 50% for the same coverage. We have gone to one car, married, over 40 and they still try to charge like we are 20year olds. This leads me to understand, this company is not about the customer, but about the bottom dollar. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I can almost promise better rates with other companies.

5 stars: Wow! I thought root was a gimmick. I was wrong i downloaded app, i drove for about a month, and received a quote. Saved over $80 a month. Over one of the big insurance companies. Very happy with root. I recommend this app to anyone.

I kept the app after my test drive because I enjoy checking on my score and redeeming my achievements. I do wish there was more reward options because I don't use Uber.
