3 stars: I am facing an error while doing recharge and once done recharge the payment is done but recharge is Still pending.... It is giving me a headache
3 stars: Not good First of all no customer associate can converse in English and they are not polite. They don't seem to know a thing in technical. Had an internet issue from 4 days. It's damn slow. Each app takes 5 mins to open. And too much buffering too. They cannot solve the issue. Im totally fed up with the service. Need to switch to another service as soon as possible.
3 stars: I recently ported my jio sim to Idea.But now I wish to have jio or airtel . network is not available sometimes and net speed also slow most of the time...Pls fix and I gonna give you 5 star.
5 stars: I'm using !dea for 5years and from 2017 I'm using idea 4G . Downloading speed is better than other networks .
3 stars: I got irretrate from the performance of app,it get crashed in my mobile and does not run smoothly even after downloaded 2-5 time, always get crash wile using in realme U1.
5 stars: Why idea doesn't have any yearly prepaid packs? All others like Vodafon, Airtel and Jio have yearly packs... Please consider yearly packs from idea as well.
