4 stars: Great service, but be mindful of distance from outlet. Always leave rider instructions, e.g. Keep hot food off cold drink. Oh and if you're in a hotel, try to give a little backuo instruction. Do all this and your food should be on time and hot. Good service, prefer over just eat
4 stars: I've used this app a lot in the reading area and loved it. I'd judt be watching a movie with my girlfriend and suddenly I'd be able to suprise her with food delivered to us. Sometimes it can be a while but I've not had a problem so far
4 stars: Functionality is pretty good, easy user interface. Rider tipping should only be after the delivery has happened, I would tip much more if that was the case. I know I could use cash but it should also be standard functionality (like uber can do).
