5 stars: Great discounts! I discovered this app last month and used it to save on a 9 day rental from Seattle airport. I just used it for the second time and saved $120 on a 2 day, one way rental from Chicago O'Hare to Florida (which included insurance and unconditional cancellation)! Amazing deal! I will always start my car rental search with EasyRentCars.
5 stars: Has been fantastic to use for easy domestic rentals in Australia. Looking at using it for some international rentals soon too, instead of my usual methods. Not sure about customer service, as I haven't required it for anything. 👍
5 stars: So far so good! Like the rate drop lock, the prices are great, optional insurances and the 100% refund if cancelled at anytime. So far it has been a great experience!
5 stars: Have used these guys over 8 times and never had a problem, always got a low rate and have been redeeming my points for discounts. I hire a lot of cars so I suppose I really benefit from the points system. Make sure you're logged in each time you book so you can earn/redeem points!
