3 stars: At first it was good but after i updated it the app works slow and is laggy. I wanted to change my phone number but after many tries it got denied even though i followed the procedure. It's frustrating to use to be honest and there's no point in finding help from the CS because the loading screen is just too slow.
3 stars: this was once my favourite online shopping application. However, it's no longer my favourite. The interface is too crowded. The promotions have too many terms and conditions. Moreover, percentage of the cashback is much lower than it's competitor. Sorry to say.... But it's time to say goodbye 😔
5 stars: Great response from tokopedia for my tokopedia play issues. Work like a charm! Now everything is work smoothly! There's only one more issues that the customer service officer doesn't even mention about this. Only saying there is no option for disabling that. But I'll give 5 star rating tho for great response from here! Cheers! 🍻
3 stars: I mean, this app is the best online shopping app.But the problem is, The Keranjang has an error where if I order stuff for example, over 50 objects in the Keranjang. Then if I want to put another object in the Keranjang, the Keranjang count is still 50 and deletes 1 object. Can you explain this?
