5 stars: Horrible experience. cheaters run business here. I booked a room in this app and when i reached the hotel they deny my stay saying they have no connection with OYO for 3 months. If you are going outstation please dont use this app. They have zero concern for customers. Looters. After this review I again called them. They received my call and within 5 minutes they refunded my money. So I'm giving them additional 4 stars now.
5 stars: Shockingly, most hotetliers are not happy with OYO's pricing of the rooms booked. This information, they reveal only when some one checks-in. They do not care even to inform OYO right on time, it seems. But OYO's Logo and other properties are still in display anf getting listed in App. So, Please ensure that Hotels are honouring their tie-up with OYO.
