4 stars: Great resource. listings seem pretty up to date so far. My only complaint or wish actually is that there was a way to expand the search area rather than having to enter separate locations - like a mile radius option which I'm not finding anywhere. Otherwise it's very user friendly and there are many filters to use which make finding what I'm looking for a lot easier.

5 stars: Very educational app especially for first time buyers. Some of the homes could be updated with more information ie basement,heating, etc. some homes are labeled as single family homes when they are clearly manufactured. all in all though it is a very good app and updated quickly.
4 stars: As a military person looking to buy a house i love this app. It estimates your mortgage of your using your VA benfits. i do wish it allowed you to housing ranging from a certain location in stead of having to pick a particular city or county. I'd like to chose 45miles from my base, not caring the actual city.
4 stars: It's pretty up to date, when I find anything on other apps they don't say anything about foreclose.I look on here and it tells me pending or foreclosed right at the top. Some discrepancies here and there and there should be photos with all listings. Some of them still say photo coming or just have outside only ..and would be nice if they all listed if its FHA or V...
