5 stars: Awesome app just the search results when searching a specific item/product can be very annoying and frustrating, as it lists everything on takealot that has nothing to do with what you are searching but uses similar key words or phrases. Need to look into that please. But otherwise a awesome app and even better services!!
5 stars: I haven't come across any problems using this app I've already ordered more than once and I think the service delivery was great....on all casse I haven't come across a single issue or fault yet. Trust me online shopping hasn't gotten this easier. Plus the Takealot app has an easy FUI ( Friendly User Interface )easy, simple and straightforward.
3 stars: Service is great until you try to deliver something to someone else. I answered an email to help them get in touch with the recipient, but my requests were ignored and the order was canceled. After this, the 'refund' came in the form of Takealot store credit, with no options for returning the money to my account
3 stars: Down graded due to app bugs. After last update the app keeps exiting product pages. Moves items to cart and when go to check out has been removed. Has a glitch and does not load items. Then just exits app.
