4 stars: Good app, its difficult to adjust pick up and drop points so I use google maps and open it from there
3 stars: The App does not feed the pickup and drop points. it takes lot of time. I have to waste time in putting the place of my drop of and my present place. The App needs to be redeveloped. I am not satisfied. Day before yesterday I called car, the Captain did not come when I talked to him he became rude and you raised a debit of Rs.138, please reverse it.
3 stars: Very easy to use, but lack an automated receipts options via email like others food app does. Don't recommended when you are traveling for business. The only receipt option is via web pag, which doesn't work with none of modern browsers.
4 stars: I had an issue that i posted about here after not getting anywhere through their helpline. They were very responsive and acted quickly. Issue resolved.
5 stars: So far its good! Wish you the best so keep growing without rasing the price and keep the good service, i have taking 3 rides! Service excellents, they dont speak english but its nothing hard the comunications, the drivers show you the amounth on the screen! So Great Job in Cairo Egypt for this app!!
3 stars: I had to come from defense to malir and the app wont open just because I needed to update the app. This was very troublesome. If the app is not updated that means we are stranded. It happened twice.
