3 stars: Accurate and great drivers only in san Jose. This application is useless in other regions. Especially near the beach areas of San Theresa, cobano, montizuma. 5 rating for San Jose and 0 rating in the other areas. There are no drivers and nobody is accepting the request. Tried over 10 times and nobody accepting the request but clearly shows many drivers available.
5 stars: Terrible service! I have attempted to request for rides in the mornings going to work for several days, it takes ten minutes for Didi to find you a driver and then it tells you there are no drivers available after a ten minute wait! So unreliable! It used to be good at first but now your service is shocking! I would rate a half star if i could, your services sucks! Will delete the App soon not worth my time!
5 stars: Well I think it's a really good app... Just one time the driver didn't know which direction to go, I then asked him whether he then don't trust his GPS... My ride was R16 but when reaching my destination it was R32, I was so angry. But 9 out of 10 times I give the drivers 90-100%
5 stars: I love this app, is very competitive on prices against uber. Only thing is that sometimes the location of the drivers doesn't show right away or it won't connect to the server for payment and you have to pay in cas, but other that that is great.
