4 stars: I use this almost daily, I love that it is always updated compared to other apps, and I love the newest update to be able to exclude 55+ listings. 2 things I wish they had - so I didn't have to go to different apps is flood zones and excluding trailer parks. It would be 5 stars if that was the next update.
5 stars: Having this app is so helpful for my house search. Considering how the market is very competitive this year, it gives me a heads-up on how quickly houses are on the market and how quickly they sell. Redfin has always kept me up-to-date.
5 stars: My wife and I have been searching for a home in the mid NH region. Redfin is the right app-in our area it gets new listings much quicker than Zillow, Realtor, and others! Must have if you are a serious home buyer!
3 stars: it doesn't list houses in the lower price ranges for the areas. so it is a bit disappointing in that aspect, and I've checked my area to confirm. may be whoever is posting the house in the lower cost end doesn't know about this app?
4 stars: Excellent app. To look for home. Love the filter by ranking of schools so I am not limit to a particular school or district. Please add a filter by commute time from a specific point! Like wotk or train station
4 stars: Good app to look in your neighbourhood and see what's for sale and how much. Would give a 5 star if more area was covered. Looking at homes in northern Ontario and no coverage there
