5 stars: When searching for a home , apartment , etc. To get rented out or even purchased. This app Zillow , makes things more simplified. Easier to do , easier to reach out to the landlords at a fast pace like Facebook. At that you can look through places even faster back to back so you can have a place to move in , in the perfect timing.

4 stars: It's a helpful guide but it would be nice if we could hide listings that are a pending sale and what would be even more helpful for people like myself would be if we had the ability to hide listings that are in a 55+ community. Have gotten excited over something on more than one occasion only to find out I'm not old enough to live there yet.
5 stars: The app is easy to install and operate. You can put in an address and search an area for property for sale or lease or you can click on an area and red dots show up in that area. Hover over the dot for a general bio of the unit or click the dot to obtain complete information plus photos. This is a great app.
3 stars: Great app but don't bother with trying to find any rentals with it. For the past month there's only been one rental listing in all of the United States according to the app on my phone. Which is also half way across the country from me. So yeah, only use this if you are trying to buy a house.
