5 stars: The app as a whole is user friendly. I have been able to adjust my fasting times, monitor my water intake, and even do challeneges for eating better. Honestly, this app is pretty great. I did pay for a sub to get full access and I am not disappointed. For anyone who is trying to lose weight via fasting I recommend this app. You can set a goal for weight loss and the app will give you a personalized fasting regiment. So kudos to the dev.
5 stars: Gamification of what is, at its heart, a difficult diet style to stick to. This app makes it easy and gives gold stars for achievements. Hey it works and we all respond well to positive reinforcement so I'm all for it. 5 kgs in 3 weeks with 9 more to go over the next 2-3 months. Pick it up, commit to it, it gets easier after a few days, this app does help.
5 stars: I have had the free version for a week, and am enjoying it. The timer is easy to set and the nudges are a good reminder to stay on track with my water intake as well as my fasting time. It also provides a weight tracker. I enjoy the information on what happens in your body during fasting. The paid version seems to have a lot more information and other trackers.
