5 stars: I love it! I thought an app wouldn't help much.. I thought I would just ignore it like countless other self-help apps but I found it very helpful and presented in a user friendly format. You can unlock tokens to give yourself a cheat day without breaking your streak and you can track your weight loss progress through the app. I would recommend to friends!
