4 stars: Finished all the cities in 2 days. A lot of ads, like for levelling up and at the achievements screen. Needs a prestige system other than new cities.

4 stars: The game is great, but now I'm on the Tokyo level the level 15 buildings will not merge together, so I've got buildings stuck on the board.
