5 stars: Signed up as a driver, everything was approved. Signed into the driver app, input the city and NOTHING! It just sits there and does absolutely nothing. 4 stars: The app is really smooth and easy to use, my only comment is the notification when receiving an order is very loud, and there's no way to volume down... That's really a big concern for me. One more thing that could be improved, if the app shows the drop off address before picking up the order for uber eat, that'd be nice
4 stars: It's a good app but the maps sometimes direct you to dead ends and gated area. Also directs to known closed roads. It will save time if you can add a pop up message like road closed before you drive a km to the dead-end. Is it possible to to add a button for real-time updates which might useful for like road closures, and accidents, it save time considering the number of Uber vehicles that are on the roads.
