4 stars: Nimbus note is best. It covers all features. Prior to using Nimbus i used premium version of another leading notes app. I noted that Nimbus is lacking precision in sync. I mean sync is complete but very clumsy and comparatively slow.
5 stars: Best note app around! Just as good as Evernote of not better. Does everything all the other notes do in one program. Doesn't have a device limit like Evernote. Works perfect on all the devices I have tried. Amazing app! Couldn't live without all my notes perfectly organized the way I prefer! Thanks guys for this amazing app!

4 stars: Too slow on my device. Allows only 100 notes in free version. No one time purchase option. Otherwise feature-wise, it seems very impressive.
