3 stars: Decent app from a shopping perspective however whenever I see an interesting item in a banggood advertisement, clicking on it never opens the items page in the app. Uninstalled for that reason alone.
3 stars: Interesting products on offer, not always good quality. Deliveries usually reliable but sometimes takes ages to arrive, sometimes don't arrive at all. Refunds are done alright. But order cancellation/modification is not so easy within the app, one has to explain on a chat site.
