5 stars: I love all the choices I have and the reviews really help me choose what works best for me, plus I was just approved for the new Sephora credit card so can't be happy!!!

4 stars: It's easy to navigate. I can easily find whatever I am looking for. It is super easy to update information.
3 stars: I think color matching for foundations need to be update bc i went to the store and thankfully asked for a sample before purchase and it was way off on 3 different foundations. Also if i i use my points that ive earned at checkout to choose a gift i should still receive 2 free samples regardless. I enjoy having samples to feel out whether or not something might work for me. I usually dont have time to go to an actual sephora.
4 stars: Useful and pretty intuitive to navigate. There are some annoying defects when returning to the search page, ie taking you to the top of the results rather than where you were, not having your sort/filter selections anymore, etc... But most store apps are bad about that sort of thing anyway.
3 stars: When looking through the sale section, if you select a product to look at then back up to the overall sale page, it takes you back to the top of the page. When I back out of looking at a product, I just want to pick up where I left off, not have to scroll down all over again.
5 stars: Great app! Easy to use and fast to load. No complaints!...
