4 stars: I prefer this app to everyone but my main issue is, they always advertise with this lines, that the promo code ZOMATONEW is valid for first 5 orders. but i never got that. They always msg me with this statement but they didn't provide 5 promo code. I got only 2 promo code. this is very disappointing. My point is when you can't make it then don't do such type of commitments.
4 stars: Please improve the quality of food.we can realised day by day the quality of food is decreasing. previously we are happily ordering food from zomato but now we need to have more other option like swiggy and others .it's not only about gain profit out of the business. it's very necessary to maintain the right flow of business. u have to give priority to customer satisfaction and quality of food.
5 stars: Ordered food. Waited for almost 2 hours and it showed that restaurant has confirmed order but then they call up and say that restaurant hasn't recieved order. People were supposed to have dinner and this led to an odd situation. Used to be a fan now I think Zomato is going downhill. I love the app. No substitute.
