4 stars: Uber has managed to mess up too many times and when they cancel you have no proof the credit card was cancelled too. especially after delivery when they short deliver. I had a good few months initially. But the past 4 months have been a nightmare. Dont bother to download or use this app. I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. NOT WORTH IT!
4 stars: It is quite handy, however the whole uber eats concept is very much defeated, in Portugal, by the fact that the client pays a delivery fee twice. Both to the restaurant and uber eats itself. because meals are more expensive on the app then at the restaurant and on top of that there is the delivery fee. That's not the original concept of thia sort of app, but then i guess it is the Portuguese way of thinking.
4 stars: The app is easy to use and you can clearly see what you need to. The few issues I have had with delivery i.e food missing, uber eats it quick to correct and refund the missing items. The only real issue I have had is the drivers not being able to find me and I have to talk them through it but apart from that, drivers are always nice and polite.
