4 stars: compared to its 1st game, the improvement isn't too shabby, although it's nothing great either: the story/translation is still as messy as it is, and skills now come up with cool down instead of spamable ones with combo. that aside, this game's basically still a pay2win kind of game on where rich people will almost definitely outclass f2p player. ALMOST, because playing skill, strategy and luck still at least still have their roles.
