4 stars: This app is wonderful! I use it all the time when I'm reading to hear the pronunciation of arcane words and to gain a better understanding of words in the context they are used. It sure beats carrying around a dictionary, which isn't always practical or handy. I'd give it 5 stars, but sometimes the pronunciation doesn't work.

I already get push notifications for WOTD and if I'm interested in reading any of the articles I'll read them in-app. I need definitions, synonyms, antonyms, word origins. I don't need to be dictated to on how I'm allowed to use English other than grammatical usage. Please stop spamming my inbox.
