5 stars: (For those that are trying to create an account do it via social media account and not email as the app have a problem with email verification😊) Thank you so much for making an app that allows us to connect with our favorite artists with more ease. Of course there's still some things to improve but overall it's an excellent usr friendly app.
5 stars: Love this app!!! It's awesome, especially since this is the only platform to interact with your favorite k-pop artists, and personally being an army, I can say that it's awesome, as you can join and interact virtually with them through live streams. The only problem I have is the translations, they are really not accurate, so whenever I try reading something it shows something else....
3 stars: The app concept is really good, to allow international fans to communicate more with the members. The app itself however is kind of a mess. The servers can't even handle close to the amount of traffic they get. Translation rarely works because of
3 stars: There's alot of room for development!! Primarily, it would be nice to get a levelling up system going and a method to verify fans before allowing access to leave messages for the artists. This would be ideal to create a secure space for both parties to interact without problematic content appearing on the app. Additionally, a reporting mechanism would also be great to add.
