The interface is user-friendly, the response speed is fast, and the accuracy is impressive. What I love most is how naturally ChatGPT understands and replies — like a smart, helpful friend. 2 stars: Very frustrating experience. I uploaded a document to get formatted properly. I spent the better part of 2 days trying to get the proper document back in full. It apologized over and over and kept messing up. I never did get it done and paid for the plus. I will not trust it again for this type of thing. I have, however asked many questions which have been helpful. If not, I would have rated it at a minus zero!
