5 stars: Google Play Services is essential for almost any google app or service to work But the savings are enormous. Savings in RAM, storage and battery. Google play services is notorious for battery drain and several wakelocks. Microsoft has your back though.
3 stars: I had a nano minion bot try to access AR service when opening a pdf from a website the other day. Would be nice if we could uninstall this in situations where i will NEVER use a camera on this phone probably ever again. Not because of the Minion coin miner but for complicated other reasons.
3 stars: For those who have no idea what this app is even for: This provides apps on the phone with a way to use the camera and sensors to put a 3D object into your camera view. It's called augmented reality, and it's not a new thing, but Google opted to make it easier to do. Making it an app instead of hiding it in the firmware means faster updates. it works well enough, though is limited to a demo for. The world object detection is a bit... blah.
2 stars: I found it hard to understand how to cancel a subscription: Linkedln cancelled successfully, but an account on X, unable to cancel. It is easy to subscribe with X, but when it comes to cancelling it. Still trying to. Not the premium but from a subscriber. Thanks
