4 stars: Had some issues a while back and rated them low, but since those issues were fixed and haven't had problems since, I've adjusted the rating accordingly. Cant offer a 5 because of past issues and because some of the features I've enjoyed have just disappeared with no explanation (like the fun filters when in video call for example). But not bad for just keeping in touch with people.
3 stars: App used to work perfect but the terrible implementation of encrypted messages have ruined the experience. Much slower to jump to a previous message thanks to that horrible implementation, and it also broke the message showing on Android Auto as its always the first message that shows when a new message appears. Whoever thought of forcing users to use the encrypted system is not a genius.
3 stars: I'm having a lot of difficulties with the app as of the 16th of Mars. my media won't load properly, both to and from my device. there's also been a huge portion of my conversations that's been deleted. I keep refreshing, uninstalling and reinstalling, force closing the app and nothing's changed.
2 stars: Things have not been loading for the last few months, and notifications can come in as much as 3 hours too late. Polls don't load anymore, and links aren't clickable making group planning difficult. Messages remain undelivered for hours until the app is force closed.
