4 stars: I really love the app, but it's frustrating that the My EthioTel feature doesn't show the real-time data package balance. It also looks disorganized, lacking sufficient information to indicate when the package was recorded. For easy and quick access, the airtime and package balance dashboard should be on the app's landing page. It's really annoying.
4 stars: I updated to the latest version to test the Engage feature and l liked it. Wonderful interface and easy to use. Telebirr is progressing well! Only the Banks are pushing us away by charging a min of 10 birr for a transfer to Telebirr account. Especially CBE should have done better than the private Banks.
