5 stars: I love that foodpanda has so many vouchers and even has a reward system when you complete challenges. I have saved so much more compared to when I was using Grab. But downside is that the delivery time is often not accurate.
4 stars: The voucher system is kinda bait. They will let you apply the voucher even if you still haven't met the requirements but after meeting the requirements required, for example minimum 300 pesos, a message will pop-up that says only on specific days the voucher can be used. Some vouchers are good but some are not. Still, a good app if you want to buy stuff and get it delivered for you.
4 stars: Very helpful for someone who don't like to go outside for time being. Even most of the price a bit pricey compare to store itself but still acceptable. Customer service very helpful. Just when it comes to choose for refunding need to wait sometimes almost a month but still worth it if choosing voucher. Overall good service.
3 stars: Food choices are not bad, but the main downside is the food keeps getting canceled or delayed by an hour or more extra. (edit) Location on the app is very bad. The detection is slow and there's no other way to contact driver other than messaging them, which they never replied (which got me worried) . But they sent to the latest address in the end.
