5 stars: Was working fine last year, purchased for areas where there is no cell service and other maps don't work. Same phone LGG6 and the copilot app no longer opens. Uninstalled and reinstalled No change. No other app issues. Update - provided an updated download link from the manufacturer and working great again. Had to fully uninstal and reinstalled with the new playstore link to make it work properly again.
3 stars: Good set of options, and nice interface. Adding stops and destinations though is more difficult than it needs to be. Also, once directions are shown I can't zoom out to see the route. It locks me in a quite close zoom level which requires a lot of scrolling to see other streets. I like how it works, and it is a great product overall, but when you charge good money for something my expectations go up. This doesn't meet those.
3 stars: Options for routing like if toll roads are active for the route selection to tell you there is tolls involved would help. As well perhaps showing toll cost? A button to select toll roads or not instead of constantly changing settings. Routing does very weird things sometimes like making me figure 8 on an interchange to keep going the same direction. Or take slip exits on business routes cause its half mile shorter.
