5 stars: Flights are always on time. Cabin crew are friendly and helpful and in emergencies, they go out of their way to assist you. I will gladly recommend them.
4 stars: As others have mentioned, the app is still quite lean on features. I'm looking forward to having the full suite of features that they have on the website. Especially now with the FlyMore offering that's just launched. Please, I would also love to see past flights in the app. Currently once you've flown the info just disappears, a history would be very useful. Otherwise good.
4 stars: I don't know why can't I edit my booking, I just checked in now but I can't go back to edit the seat not even my luggage has been checked in and there is no option to do so. I had no issues with the previous version at all Update: I cant send the screenshot here but the problem was resolved via an email, thank you so much for the response!
3 stars: The flight is owk I have always travelled easy with them. I just am not happy with the way my recent issue is being delayed. In December around the 10th I had to cancel flights due to testing positive for Covid. I informed them about the unforseen development and they asked I email the results which I did but upto now i haven't heard from anyone about way forward.
