5 stars: So much better than the other parking app in Belgium. Easy to use. Great to receive after each use a confirmation email. Especially if you get a fine by mistake, you have immediate proof that you paid. No need to wait to the end of month in order to have all parking transactions shown.
5 stars: After a few issues with payments it seems to work fine. Makes parking a little simpler. Especially when you don't carry cash
4 stars: Overall very good and works well. However, you have to be careful your session ends because if not, you'll be charged at public rate indefinitely. It happened to me, I contacted the support and they refunded in due time. Other than that, Bluetooth parking could be improved but it does the job quite nicely.
4 stars: A few glitches. For instance if the app hasn't synced your reservation and there's no network at the gate, you can't enter the parking lot. And it's unclear how much you'll pay if you enter early or leave late. Other than that a very convenient system.
3 stars: Very handy and user friendly. Scored lower because there is absolutely no way of emailing customer service without clicking through a myriad of FAQ links. Once there none of the links work. Got a ticket while paying for street parking and no recourse but to pay the fine I guess...
