5 stars: Not working on android. All I get is screen with dots. Used to work. Don't know what happened? I contacted them, they updated the app and now it is working again!!

3 stars: It has been working like a dream since August last 2 days I can't access it? I tap icon get white screen with 3 dots that's it. I have restarted my phone, turned off and on my wifi connection, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing??? How can I get it to work again? I am an android user.
