5 stars: It is highly recommedable App. But there is some additional features that can be included. Like - * Specific complaint section about bus and staff with a file uploading fuction. * It should live tracking of the schedule buses. Pls. Note- There are few users of Chartr App due to its complications It should be made user friendly. And finally this is useful for most of the users.
5 stars: It's a really well developed app. Kaam ki features available hai.. just 1 feature missing hai, kiriya nahi dikhata.. Also happy to see that public institute is involved in the development of this app. This is the only way forward. Govt should collaborate with institutions to develop solutions for the general public.
4 stars: Extremely useful for daily bus commuters. Pioneer efforts by DTC. Has eased out the daily trips to a great extent. However, the app needs to be improved. It doesn't scan QR codes most of the time.
3 stars: Live tracking doesn't work at all. Many bugs are there. Only Cluster bus are showing on Map. Other DTC is not reflected in App after the Update.
3 stars: Overall app is good and helpful but there is minor mistake in fare calculation.For same destination it cost different fare while going forward and returning back from same stop for same bus route.
